What we do, and only that

We read premium audits, tariff schedules, reconciliation statements, and processing statements, and we recover what they show you have overpaid. That is the whole practice. We do not sell software, we do not advise on coverage, we do not place policies, and we do not want access to your systems.

The work is unglamorous by nature. The rates are published, the classification rules are published, the tariffs are filed — and reading them line by line against your own invoices is slow enough that no operations team has time for it and no vendor has a reason to do it. That gap is the business.

We are paid from money that has actually reached your account, which means a review that finds nothing costs us and not you. We think that is the only honest way to sell this, and it is also the reason we will tell you plainly when there is nothing to find.

What we are not

This matters more than it might seem, because several of these carry licensing consequences and we would rather be precise than impressive.

Availability by stateSome states license who may be paid to review insurance premiums. We confirm in writing whether we can act for you before anything is signed.

Who signs

The agreement is signed by the founder of the practice, and the same person writes every reply you receive. There is no account manager between you and the auditor, and nothing is subcontracted.

We ask you to judge us on the parts that do not depend on age: a written process that puts the agreement before your documents rather than after them, a fee charged only on money that has actually reached your account, and a contracting party that is named in the footer of every page, in the agreement you sign, and on the copy you receive by email the moment you sign it. Everything we would ask you to rely on is written down before you send anything.
